Don't forget the eggs so you can make french toast!  It's very popular among the weatherpocalypse crowd.

Last check around here eggs are higher than giraffe ears .

Procured ours (milk and bread LOL) on Friday. Four times fuel points when shopping on Friday at Kroger. My granddaughter uses my fuel points so she can drive to Columbia for her College studies. Helps he with a little break on the price of gasoline. Usually get her .80 to 1.00 off per gallon every week. Anything helps when in college.

They were talking about the milk, eggs, and bread panic on 99.7 for quite a while today. Someone said they call it the "French Toast Syndrome" because that's the main 3 ingredients, LOL. It was an interesting conversation and it turns out there's a lot of psychology behind why folks go so nuts. Seems like the typical self-fulfilling prophecy to me because when the shelves are bare it reinforces the idea and the cycle continues like it did with toilet paper during the Wuhan Virus.

Its the Snowpocalypse! 😵

Here in the SW corner (Memphis) they are predicting snow 100%. Start sometime tonight through tomorrow. Supposed to get 5-7". People are going absolutely nuts! Stores are packed and running out of stuff. The first flake hasn't fallen yet and the list of closings for tomorrow is a mile long.

At least the various Public Works agencies all around here are already geared up and going. Salt and brine is already on the streets. 👍

As for me, I got plenty of groceries, a tank full of gas and a widow to watch it all through. 😉

I thought we were as ready as we needed to be but my wife decided we weren't so I guess I will be running to the store early tomorrow.  Don't need any o f the things mentioned here but the wife was concerned we didn't have enough tings that could be cooked on gas range if we lost power.  Our stove has an electric oven and gas top. She is still gun shy after we were without power for 5 days when the river flooded from Helena and the roads were all closed for a few days.
