AR pistol BUIS Sights and Other Accessories

I have an AR 10.5” 5.56 pistol in layaway and I’m looking for BUIS sights for it, that don’t break the bank. What are you suggestions? 
 

Also what other accessories do you recommend? I’m thinking a foregrip.

Stubby foregrip.... I like these...https://www.primaryarms.com/bcm-gunfighter-mod-3-vertical-grip-m-lok-black

Got almost your same setup with nothin but the meprolight irons n the stubby grip...

Optical sights are a waste of time on these.  Think about a good brace...
