Henry model  H012GRCC. Purchased around a year ago. It shoots great , trigger has Ranger point precision sear for awesome trigger.  I didn't get a chance to hunt with it, to old to get around, but you can.  This rifle has just a few sighting in rounds through it and pretty much as you'd see it NIB. But I don't have the box, just the end flap.  I have added the Henry scope mount.  Please direct questions or comments to PM, rather than confuse the ad. Henry is 100% Lifetime guarentee by the Factory, and their motto is:  "Made in America, or not made at all." 

 

Also, have a leupold 1.5 x 4 scope, which is also available, for $200., either way the Henry scope mount goes with the Carbine.
