FINALLY!!!!

Turkey Creek Walmart has signs plastered all over the sports dept desk saying that it is now limiting to 6 boxes of pistol/rifle ammo per person per day.

Shelf was basically empty as usual but hope to see 9mms up there within couple weeks....at least hopefully....

I really hate to say this but it's about time WM put up some limits. Walker Springs put up the sign this week. I personally don't think it's going to make a difference at these two stores but every little bit helps. Ammo at these two locations seem to go before it even hits the floors or people know exactly when to be there.

I agree with you there.....everytime I'm at those two locations....shelves are wiped clean so hopefully the limits will change that so we all can buy our ammo accordingly instead of those hoarders....

They need more like a two box limit. If a case is 10 boxes, two guys will take in a second. And both locations only get about a case of any caliber at a time.

If walmart were getting 200 boxes at a time in, this would help. As it is, I hear comments from employees like "we got 6 boxes of ___ ammo in, was gone as soon as it hit the shelf" and "yeah we haven't seen a box of ___ in 3 weeks"

Best case scenario, I see this as allowing 2 or 3 people to buy what little ammo they have instead of just 1

Yah, 6 box limit on no available ammo does no good...I think there truly is an ammo shortage. Even the gun stores are having a hard time getting ammo.
