8.5 lbs Precision Hunting Cannon (.300 RUM)

Recommended Posts

Christensen Ridgeline .300 RUM

Vortex Razor LHT 4.5-22 MRAD in ultralight Leupold rings

RCBS dies
200 pieces of fresh Norma brass
23 pieces of 1x fired Norma brass
27 pieces 2x fired Hornady brass

I don’t remember the load data I used, I had a buddy helping me with it and he did most of the work, but I have five unfired cartridges that can be deconstructed if you so choose. Around 100-120 rounds fired.

At only 8.5 lbs, this is a great backcountry big game hunting rig. I took this bad boy on two successful elk hunts and they both dropped in their tracks. Haven’t shot it in years, time to go.

$2850 for the full package
Located in Brentwood/Nolensville area (south Nashville)

Will separate as follows:
Rifle: 1600
Optic: 1100
Die set: 150
Brass: 350

Potential partial trade considered for Leupold Mk5HD or Mk4HD with PR2-MIL reticle only or TMR-MIL illuminated reticle.

⚠️ Safety Reminder for Buyers and Sellers ⚠️

This is an automatic reply meant to protect you as a buyer and a seller on TGO.

  • Use the Buyer/Seller Feedback feature to research who you are dealing with.   Please come back and leave feedback for each other after the transaction is complete.  Your experience will help others.

  • Never agree to use an electronic form of payment to buy or sell a gun!  None of the electronic payment services will protect you against fraud in a firearms transaction.  They all have terms of service FORBIDDING the use of their services to buy/sell guns.  DON'T DO IT.

  • Be very wary of anyone who insists on brokering a deal in private or outside of TGO.  Scammers almost always prefer to operate out of the public eye.

The complete Trading Post Rules and also some more helpful suggestions can be found by clicking this link.  Everyone should read them at least once!
