I hate Natchez, totally against TN! Besides their too high. $325 for 500 SB .223 HA! No way!

and to add, their prices were a little bit high. would do better buying from that guy in Brentwood (whose name should not be mentioned here.)

Far as I know they have never shipped to Tennessee, Georgia or Alabama. Just their policy. I had heard it was becasue they didn't want to piss off local retialers who stocked from them. but I have no idea.

Here's what it was exactly... "

They are a distributor and will not sell in states they supply to dealers to keep from under cutting their customers (dealers) prices. "

That is what I have always heard from them.. and I have talked to them several times. Same story.

I use to order from them when I lived in IL. I also had a friend over the border in KY order for me. Typically they were the cheapest place anywhere to buy from.. times have changed tho.. so should their business model.

And their prices.. Not so good anymore...

I was unaware they would not sell in TN, so I wrote them after reading the comments here.

Their answer:

"Our parent company is a wholesale only distributor, and they service the dealers in TN, GA, and AL. We have made in agreement to not sell in those three states to protect the dealers.

I don't think an FFL is required to sell ammo, couldn't someone with a legitimate business just start carrying ammo?

Yup, and nope!

What will work is if you have a pal in another state order it and drop ship to you. Or at least that used to work, an aquaintance in the navy stationed in Hawaii used to order for his father that way.

Just placed an order for .40's, .357's, and .38's for me, along with some 9mm's for my father.
