Deer Processor - Knoxville Area

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know of a good deer processor in the Knoxville area? I normally do all my own butchering, but I’m looking to have a bunch of Summer Sausage made this year so I need a processor.
Thanks in advance for any assistance!

I always used Adams off Edgemoore Rd in Powell but that was when I hunted a lot in Morgan Co. I’ve used Rick Hill of Kingston Pike just across London County line too. Both good. Rick is better. Adams can get full quickly after rifle opener

Thank you for the info, much appreciated! I actually dropped one off at Adams right before I saw your comment. I’ll have to try Rick Hill for the next one and compare the two.
