What manner of currency is that? Nickel? Dime? Euro? Half Dollar?

Looks like a dime to me.

Hornady TAP 147gr 9mm in my Glock 19 right now. Still carrying Gold Dots in everything else. Hero Gear just didn't have any for the 9mm last weekend. :(

You like that 147 gr in 9mm? I have heard conflicting reports regarding 147 grain loads...something about how they go too slow or something, or that may have been older manufature or something, not sure.

I must be the only one using Black Hills 230 gr JHP. I was using Remington golden sabre but recently switched. I really like the black hills stuff. Well made and the quality is always consistent

I mostly use Hydra-Shoks and I've achieved one shot stopping with them 100% of the time, every time I've had to shoot someone with them... which is zero times.

Maybe I'm opening a can of worms here, but what is wrong with carrying "reloads" in your defense weapon?

Nothing if you trust the person that reloaded them with your life. :hat:

I have had friends want to shoot my weapons and I am more than willing to let them do that. I tell them the only requirement I have is that they use quality factory ammo; no reloads, no Wolf and no South African crap. Sorry… but I’m not having a gun destroyed because someone else is trying to save a buck. And I don’t reload but I doubt I would trust myself to make my own personal defense rounds. Federal has been doing it way longer than anyone here and I haven’t heard of them letting anyone down. :D
