Gunsmith to serialize and finish a ar lower

I’m looking for a gunsmith with a manufacturers license to mill out a ar 80% lower serialize it and register it.  I had the number for a guy that did it in the north part of nashville but of course I lost it

 

btw I’m looking for one in the Nashville area

Lower receivers are pretty  inexpensive. Need to be FFL07 and the cost would be probably more than store bought lower.

Cost isn't the issue its a Aero Knox matched upper and lower, I just want to get it done right and i don't mind the cost and or the background check and all

Jeff in Mount Juliet has his engraving set up and ready to go.  I've only used his for transfers, but he builds AR's from scratch.

TY I tried him and he wasn’t in a position to do it for a couple reasons one being he can only do forged lowers and mine is billet. But ty for trying
