Native of Tennessee, that enjoys firing up the offset smoker and cooking up brisket, pork shoulders, and chicken with Alabama white sauce.  Enjoy the outdoors, shooting, and hanging out with my family.

If most BBQ sauce wasn't thicc diabetes, I would generally agree. First time I had Alabama white sauce was at Sugarfire BBQ in St. Louis and it was a religious experience. Y'all can have your traditio

Alabama white sauce was originally created by Big Bob Gibson down in Alabama.  It’s mayonnaise, white vinegar , and black pepper blended together.  Tastes amazing on smoked chicken.

I was aware of ketchup base and. mustard base and even vinegar. But never the. White sauce I like the vinegar base myself but I’m up for trying new things never know what you’re missing out on
