Removing flash hider

Anyone around Murfreesboro or surrounding areas have a vice that can hold my AR-10 upper to remove the flash hider. Wanting to shoot suppressed.

I'm sure there are plenty of folks in you area who have the means to assist, but I'd suggest getting one of the inexpensive aluminum / rubber lined barrel vises from Amazon so you can do these as you need to. Assuming you have a vise and handguards are either not in the way or removable without fuss.

I use to hold the upper or use a reaction rod but after seeing how much twist you can get with ones that are a little resistant I stopped doing them and only hold the barrel as close to the muzzle as possible.
