Congratulations to Fighting Irish on their win they now face Georgia      Tn and Ohio state playing tonight at 8 pm on ABC   Go Vols then onto Rose Bowl  I hope

It’s almost show time.  I am nervous and anxious but cautiously optimistic for The Vols.

By all accounts Vol Nation has invaded and claimed Columbus for their own.  It is now Volumbus and even locals are reporting they have never seen opposing fans turn out in such numbers.  This warms my heart.

The playoff committee nailed it! 

I'm bummed that Clemson lost, but Texas is clearly a better team.  My guess is Texas and ND roll easily in the next round. 

Hope the Vols put on a good show.

Those accounts were exaggerated. There were a good amount of TN fans there but no where near the levels people were claiming. I hope this humbles our fans because the trash talk leading up to this was ridiculous. What an embarrassing loss. They outclassed us on both sides of the ball.

Well moving on from and epic loss new favorite Texas   Hook ‘em Horns.

Ohio State was far and away the better team, but one thing that struck me was how much leeway the officials gave the DB's from both teams. That was a very physical game and there was a lot of uncalled pass interference both ways.

Me (a Vandy fan) last night. The only thing as good as the rare Vandy win is a UT loss.
I didn't think I'd ever pull for THE Ohio State University, but it finally happened.

Well there’s only one.  SEC team still in hunt for National Championship that’s Texas with Georgia losing tonight  Hook ‘em Horns All teams that had a bye week last week lost this week. So not sure a bye week helps getting prepared

I don’t have a lot of hope for Texas, they barely beat Arizona. I thinking it’s gonna be Ohio State vs Notre Dame.

SEC teams for me. I hope they can get it done hopefully AZ state was an off night we will see

I really thought that Georgia was going to win it all, but now I'm thinking Ohio State, although any of the remaining four teams has a legitimate chance.  The most important thing for me was that the filthy ducks fell on their faces.  

I didn't think that AZ State belonged in the playoffs, but clearly I was wrong. They were pretty good and gave Texas all they could handle.

Yep, the perks of playing an easy schedule with few injuries.  The SEC has become a victim of its own success.  It's a 5 headed monster and no one will come out unscathed. 

I hope ND beats them 100-0, but it should be a good game.

I'm not an OSU fan, but their strength of schedule was #23 out of 134 schools. Not really an "easy" schedule, and they beat some pretty good teams on their way to the playoffs.
