This is for a Glock 19 Gen 5, will also fit (19x and G45) has 300 rounds through it, very light wear. Works great, I just ended up selling the gun it was being used on. Also comes with the Radian Compressor guide rod kit. You can quick change between 13lb 15lb and 18lb springs. This combination all but deletes recoil. 

Spent over $500 on this combo all said and done. Will sell for $400 cash FTF. Will also ship.

For anyone on the fence about this, I run the exact same setup on my Gen 5 G45.  The barrel is every bit as accurate as the OEM Gen 5 Marksman barrel, and likely more, and the comp is highly effective.
