Wasted time, gas and $10 for the gun show. Too high of price on everything I looked at.

Spent $112 at Buck's 75% off sales. Got everything I wanted.

I let the electric windows down in the truck on the way home. Left side did nothing when pressing the up button, right side slow. Covered the hole with plastic when I got home. Figured it was the motor. Sent a text to my boys for help, no reply. Looked at Utube, all replaced the regulator with motor. Checked Advance auto parts, $55 for motor, $75 for regulator. Have to remove regulator to get to the motor. I can see why they change the regulator. The cable is around a drum 6 times, didn't want to mess with it to save $20. Took 3 hours to replace. Seems everything I touched with the back of my hands and arms sent blood flowing. 5 band aids on left arm and 2 on the right. The mirror control broke when removing the wire harness. See if I can find one at pull a part soon. See if door panels look better than what I have too. Replace right side regulator later.

Removed fence boards from 2X4's. Stacked boards against the fence, Stacked 2X4's close to the fire pit. My wife wanted Capt D's for dinner. The one in Horn Lake doesn't do very well so a trip to the Southaven location, much better food. It was windy, S 25 mph wind. I put together a tarp screen and enjoyed the fire pit and sitting out until 10 pm.

Chemo infusion tomorrow, try not to do anything today.

I hate when those power window motors go bad. Pricey to fix, a nuisance to access and - as happened to you - something else in the door (pwr windows) got jacked up in the process requiring more time & money. Ugh. You are a patient and busy man @DeepSouth.

I'm troubled by your bleeding. Are you on blood thinners? You might check in w/your doctor to get your clotting levels checked out since you shouldn't bleed so easily. (Check your prothrombin time [PT] and International Normalized Ratio [INR] tests.) Or not. What do I know?

Yesterday my son and grandson went with me to Grenada and we talked about many things. One was I need to go to pull a part for a door panel and mirror control. My grandson called this morning, want to go to pull a part with me, Sure. Only panel that could be found for my truck was tan, mine's grey and the control panel was removed. So no parts for me. Looking over his list the car he wanted one was parked across from a model that I could get parts from. Only thing was the windshield washer jug. Found 2 large drink cups and put water in the jug checking for leaks, none. The jug is under the battery cradle, broke 3 mounting nuts from the support. Used the fuel rail from another car as a crowbar to remove the tank, $19.50. I kept a fennel shirt on the whole time and didn't get blood flowing.

Next heart doctor visit is May 12th, I'll ask then.

Headed to have infusion pump removed yesterday I saw a water puddle in the front yard. Looked closer, its water coming from the sewer service cap. Figure it's a tree roots that's blocking the pipe. A stop at Home Depot for a sewer auger rental. No help at home getting it from the truck so I worked it as well as I could from the bed. It broke through 2 root balls in 55 feet. best rental if you can work it. $100 on my card, got 33 cents on the return. Wonder what a plumber would have charged.

I raked and bagged two 55 gallon trash bags of limbs, twigs and leaves from around the 2 trees. Planned to mow the front yard but got busy gardening in the back. Removed bed straw from a 3X20 raised bed, turned soil over with a shovel and added 12 buckets of kitchen waste/leaf compost, manure and cotton hull dirt to the bed. It was late so I went inside to cook dinner. My belly is super sore today. Yep, I should have stopped working after messing with the auger.

With the sore belly I missed shopping Friday. Yesterday I felt a bit better and limited my shopping to 1 Kroger near me. Last week they had Claussen pickles on digital coupon. All they had were sliced, spears and Cajun spears. We like the baby and whole pickles, cut them as we wish when needed. The display yesterday wasn't any better for the Claussen products. I talked with the meat section manager, He checked inventory with his phone. Showed to have 15 to 19 jars of each, none could be found. He cleared the inventory and ordered more. Wish I could find Christian Brothers pickles. One restaurant had them and I'd buy extras when we ate there. Add them to dill pickle juice at home. Claussen sauerkraut was on clearance $1.75 instead of $4.99. We've had other canned brands but not as good as this. Not as good as grandma and oldest aunt made. I cooked it with different sausages and dogs. Had hamburgers in gravy too. Can't read exp date on jar, stop by for more later

I found 3 ticks on my left arm Thursday night. It started itching, then the light was turned on to see them. Washed with alcohol and picked off. Still inching, more alcohol washings. Will call West in the morning.

Got veggie seeds planted in the raised bed and flower seeds in the AC bed. Picked up twigs and limbs for the fire pit. Sat at the pit until 10:30 pm.

West clinic did a blood test Monday and a reply yesterday, all looks good.

Got a call yesterday. West clinic midtown Memphis Monday 7:30 am for Petz scan. Haven't heard from a gastro doctor yet. West clinic Southaven doctor wants test results Tuesday.

My oldest son has had back problems for a few years. He spent last night at the hospital with numb legs. Will meet with doctors next few days to see what needs to be done. He's my ride to most doctor/clinic visits and my fishing/kayaking/shooting partner.

I'm glad your blood tests look good! That's encouraging. I hope the PET scan shows all is good, too. Hopefully you hear from the gastro doc today.

I'm sorry to hear your son is experiencing numb legs associated with his back pain. That is troubling and I hope they can get him right again quickly without surgery. He sounds like a great kid.

My youngest son will drive me to the midtown clinic Monday morning. Plan to meet The Legend at BPS east Memphis at 10 am. May try to shop at Ollies before leaving that section of Memphis.

My wife is out of ginger honey crystals for her tea, searched 16 stores before finding it at India Farmers Market on Stateline Rd Southaven. Bought her a tin of Earls grey tea at Home Goods in Olive Branch, first time seeing one. Every store I searched at I looked for Stroopwafels, bought all they had. All I've seen has caramel filling, found some with coffee and honey filling for a change.
