Antique store/flea market booth questions

At one time, days, gone by and I’m so glad, my wife had an antique booth and all she had to pay was a small monthly rental and a percentage of her sales. It wasn’t a bad price to pay but moving the stuff in and out was a pain in the you nowhere. She was constantly at yard sales looking for material to put in her booth. Her and another lady even drove to Atlanta about once every two months to pick up some cheap Japanese furniture to sell. After about two years, she got out of it, thank goodness. No permit was required for the booth.
 

I don’t know anything about renting a booth at a flea market. It could not be bad though.

Its been years since I've done it, but all that was needed was to pay rent on the space.
