Mat9 or Banshee 9mm

Hey trying to see if someone has shot both the mat9 and 9mm banshee to see what they think about the direct blowback of the mat9 to the radial delay blowback recoil?

It’s not apples to apples. I have a 10mm banshee. A couple of other PCCs.

The radial delayed blowback is phenomenal. My 10mm kicks less than my 9mm pccs. CMMG went through a phase where they had issues with the extractor, and it would cause some wear while ejecting on the frame. I couldn’t be happier with mine, it’s probably my favorite gun.

When I introduce new shooters I start with .22s and end with that. Kicks similarly to a stock 5.56 16”. Everyone is always smiling after. If you have the coin I’d gladly get another CMMG.

I also run an H2 buffer in it.

Thanks for your input, I talked to some folks today that a friend of a friend had one they got to mess with and said that the reoil was awesome. I don't mind spending a little bit more on a nice build. At the moment I'm leaning more toward getting a banshee.

I also talked w an engineer yesterday I work with occasionally. He’s got the 9mm. He’s got 3-4k rounds through it and he loves it. No issues with it. He’s had it for a few years and looking at get the .45 banshee.

I've never shot a banshee but I have two 9mm PCCs - one direct blowback and one gas piston.  The direct blowback is an AK-V.  And while recoil is not bad, it is more than I thought it would be even for a really heavy gun.  My Sig MPX is significantly lighter and has a much nicer recoil which allows me to stay on target much easier.  The difference is quite noticeable.  I've heard great things about the Banshee also, so I'd go with it over any direct blowback.
