Smyrna Gun Show April 25-26th

Maybe we hit the curve and are on the downward swing in all this madness. I noticed quite a few black rifles and AK's at the show. I also stopped at Allens in Clarksville on the way home and they had quite a few of these hangin on the walls.

Other items that were plentyful.. P3AT, PF9, and I even saw a few LCP's. The prices were still inflated but they were on the table awaiting new owners. unlike previous shows.

Very low turn out for this show.

I did get to see a few TGO faces, always a pleasure.

Also, I grabbed onto that new Glock with the rough texture...I dig it, alot.

I don't like the stupid "fishscale" slide serrations on it, but I can live with that. This new Glock really does away with the need to stipple.

I agree, I handled the new G22 last month at the same show and really liked the grip. The curved slide slats don't really bother me, but I prefer the straight vertical ones. I asked a guy at one of the booths if Glock was going to added these "upgrades" to other models, and they said eventually 4 more models were coming out with the dotted grip and curvy slats, but I don't remember which ones besides the G19...

PS - We need to come up with something (if there's not something already) that gives away to others that we're TGO'ers w/o just starting up a conversation and asking. Like maybe some sore of badge similar to the HCP badges.....j/k

I may have seen you, but I was engaged working the TFA table (Saturday all day)...was your hat one of the beige ones, and do you wear glasses?

Yep, but wasn't there Saturday, only Sunday afternoon for maybe an hour both times (around noon and 2pm)
