Another slide back from DP Custom Works. M&P 2.0 Compact.

As the title says, I just received another slide back from DP Custom Works.  I took an M&P 2.0 Compact, non optics slide and sent it off to Doug so that he could work his magic on it.  I don't have many handguns left that aren't running a dot optic, and this takes care of one more of them. 

This time I went with his M&P EDC slide milling package and added top cocking serrations and an optic cut for the Holosun 407K / EPS footprint and had him re-finish the whole thing in fresh new Melonite.

This is the fourth slide that I have had Doug work on and the quality of the work is impeccable, as always.

The gun is wearing a Holosun EPS MRS, which is the fuller sized EPS variant with dual fuel (battery and solar) and automatic adjustment for ambient light.  Iron sights are a set of Ameriglo that I already had on the gun; Doug reinstalled them after re-finishing the slide.

That looks Awesome. I have a Canik that I would like to have optic cut. And the price seems reasonable

Doug does all of my pistols, based on your recommendation many moons ago. 
 

I strayed once for a 1911 slide and got burned by an awful job.

Sweet. Just need an Apex trigger or my favorite Agency Arms trigger in that thing.

I've got a few with Apex triggers in them and actually prefer the stock 2.0 trigger in this one, albeit with the Apex plunger safety installed.

I would like to get my hands on an Agency M&P trigger someday to try one out,

If you like a trigger that’s set back in the travel the Agency is awesome. I like it better than the Forward set style of the Apex.
