10mm ammo at Buds??

Recommended Posts

I got a email from Buds, CCI Blazer 10 mm aluminum case for $16.49 a box on the website. I wonder why they can’t sell it for the same price in their store.

I called the Sevierville store and it’s $30 a box.🤔🤔

The costs of running a brick and mortar store are MUCH higher than running a mail-order business. I wouldn't have suspected quite that much price difference, though.

I guess so, but looks like you would sell  a lot more if you had the same price in the store.

I got 1k rounds to my front door for $333. Now I only buy retail ammo when they are small, independent shops that I want to succeed.

That’s REALLY CHEAP for 10 mm , especially with tax. Where did you find that?

I’ve been buying a box or 2 every few weeks at a LGS. It’s usually about $23-$25 a box.

^ Great deal. I jumped on brass S&B that was loaded to 10mm spec at $.40CPR a good bit ago. Wouldn’t hesitate to do it again shipped and tax free.

Anyone who wants to stash 10mm for handguns I’d move on this.

Have y’all shot any of the 10mm in the aluminum case? I read some reviews on it , and a lot of people said some of the bullets would set back in the case. I guess because of the recoil , and some were like that in the box. I guess because not being crimped enough?Just asking before I ordered any.

Ive shot a lot of 9mm in the past CCI aluminum with no problems, but it’s less recoil round too.

I haven’t because the only 10mm I have is a radial delayed blowback PCC. Everything I’ve read says that roller delayed blowback PCCs won’t run aluminum.

I’ve shot a few hundred rounds of blazer .380 w a couple of failures, I think mostly failure to feed.

I wouldn’t shy against aluminum for training ammo though especially since I don’t reload.
