I decided I need something lighter and more nimble for my occasional riding.

This is a 2012 Yamaha VStar 1300 with 1200 (yes, only twelve hundred - I didn't forget a zero) miles. It runs and rides just like it should. It has had the Yamaha OEM windscreen, passenger backrest, and saddlebags/mounts installed so it is effectively a tourer model. All lights have been replaced with LEDs. It has a Cobra Fi2000 PowerPro tuner, Cobra slip-on exhaust and Baron Custom Accessories Big Air kit installed. I have all the original accessories other than the exhaust. Garage stored while on a battery tender.

$5500 in Mt. Juliet. Cash in hand for any test rides.

Oh my! I loved my 1300. Got taken out from under me and I found a Stratoliner. Even with the strat I miss that 1300!

What do you think of the barons?  I have one waiting to be installed but im waiting to send my computer to ivan before i install it? 

And where did you get the 1300 coil cover from?  I like that better than the little plastic piece.

I really like the Baron. I prefer the clean look and you get better airflow. You do need to get the computer sent to Ivan before installing. Ivan does some real magic! The throttle response is so much better afterwards.

The 1300 coil cover was from a machinist on another forum. He did a custom run of them after getting enough people to commit to purchasing. I don't think he is selling them anymore.

Well thats a real bummer on the coil cover.   Unless you want to sell yours....haha. 

Good look selling.  I think they are great bikes for the money.  Mine is a 13 Deluxe.  And my baron kit is the plain black look because I too like the smooth look.

Well, mine is for sale, with a motorcycle attached 

I'll let whoever buys it know you are interested, just in case they prefer the stock cover.
