Dillon powder measurer question

Can you use the Dillon Powder Measurer on a Single Stage press?

Going to start loading for 45-70 govt on a Franklin Armory M-Press. If I use Lee dies the 4 die sets comes with a thru powder die. Can I just put one of my Dillon measurers on there and use that?

I got to looking around and I'd need a powder funnel and a die. I could probably adjust the handle to make it work but that Franklin Armory measurer/scale/trickle meter magically jumped in my cart and I bought it. Seemed to be more "work" than it would be worth when said and done.

I also have the Dillon 550 + others.  I believe the Dillon powder measuring will work on a single stage.  The fail safe system will not work.  I don’t even use it on any of my Dillon machines.  I use springs wrapped around the peg on the powder bar (that’s why it there) and then around the bottom of the powder hopper.  Dillon sells them as do others.  The reason Dillon sells them is the Square Deal machine doesn’t have the fail safe system, at least mine doesn’t.  Don’t know about the Lee powder through die.
