Loaded Magazine Storage Favorites

Hey Ya'll - Does anyone passionately love or hate their magazine storage products? I'm looking for solutions catering to AR mags as well as double and single stack pistol mags. I don't have room in the safe for ammo so that's out...have been looking at the typical MTM cans with insert and even considering some of the 3D printed options on Etsty but worried about longevity. My two applications are easily movable long term storage (like a can or case...MTM, Pelican, Clubcase, etc.) and displaying some of them on a roughly 30" wide shelf with about 10" of depth and almost 24" of height. Pictures are always super appreciated as inspiration! Happy to share mine when I'm finished....with round 1 anyway! 馃槈

I keep a lot of loaded mags in carrier pouches or rigs.

Do you have a brand preference for one reason or another?

Not really your whole solution. I keep most of mine just stacked on a shelf or in ammo cans but the ones I really want access to - I have several of these clips hanging from the bottom of safe shelves.

My wife also made me pouches that attach to the inside of my gun safe for magazines. I like to keep 3 to 5 magazines for each of my guns hanging close to where I store the gun.聽

I've used em all... The one I like is the " Original ".聽 I'ma thinkin it's about 11 inches wide by 8 inches tall by 1.5 thick.聽 I like this one because he will easily carry a big pistol or revolver, which is what I got him for.聽

As I remember, there is one that is a bit larger volume wise, which would work great for carrying first aid n edc stuff.聽 If ya are smaller across the chest, they make a " stubby " which is a bit shorter.聽 It will easily hold a subcompact pistola. I've carried the Glock subcompacts ( 26, 33, 27 ) in him easily.聽

These bags work exactly as ya would think, are of a bombproof build quality.聽 There is nothing bad to say about em, other than they are pricey.聽 Price is the main drawback, especially now that others are copying the concept.聽

I would look at the 511 stuff too, but I haven't tried their chest bag.聽 Hope this helps a bit.

As long as the seal is airtight in good with it. A few desiccant packs seem to help
