$1 for a bag of 100 men.  Great war games with firecrackers and BB guns.  I left divisions of these in the dirt at every childhood home.

Shot a lot of these with BB guns  some died due to M 80s. blast.

A buddy and I made a volcano for science class. We melted some red candles for lava and burned some green army men to put in the path of the lava. We also shot them off the fence with bb guns too. good times, huh?

Mothballs.

Or do some folks still use them?  Just typing this brings back the smell of my grandfather's house.

I use them in the attic and kept them in the storage unit we had for a while.

Start hanging around enough old people you’ll catch a whiff for sure.

I can’t stand the smell of them…the mothballs that is, lol.

One of my favorite jokes:

Me to friend: Have you ever smelled Mothballs?

Friend: Yeah

Me: How did you get their little legs apart?

The satisfaction of sticking your finger in the payphone coin return and finding a quarter.

Best I recollect, the last time I stuck my finger into the coin return of a payphone and got a coin, it was a dime, LOL. Dang, I feel old.

I saw John Cougar Mellencamp “Pink Houses Tour”. Great concert

Saw Buffett there in 1989 with the Neville Brothers opening.

You saw Mellencamp? To bad you can't get a refund on that one.

I don’t remember fizzies but I remember pop rocks put a packet of them and some Coke a Cola in your mouth it would change your life and sinuses forever lol

If I recall correctly, there was a kid who put a whole pack in his mouth, chugged a can of coke, and died.  We all heard about it.
