Who has reasonable LCP prices??

I'm considering an LCP for a pocket carry gun when I can't conceal my Glock 26. It's not a necessity so i'm not willing to take a huge hit for one, especially when I've read that some people are paying slightly over 300 for one out the door, while other gun stores list them in the low 400's before taxes and fees.

So...my question is, has anyone recently done any trading with a gun store (or pawn shop) who had good prices on these little guns?

Thanks in advance.

I have bought 2 for $310 out the door. That's about as good as you will find on them. $292 was the shelf price.

I would be happy to find that price....where was that?

That's a great price, especially how hard it seems to find one lately...

Yea, I know basically no one has any in stock,...but thats ok with me,...I'd gladly wait a couple weeks to get one at a good price.

That's what I need to do probably....I was just being lazy and wondering what everyone else had experienced...

I was at a gun store down here in Franklin, and they have one in their display case but won't sell it b/c of how hard they are to find. Apparently they'll just order one for you...

Yeah I have been looking at getting a LCP also went to Guns & Leather yesterday and they said they go quickly when they get them in. Maybe I will just have to stop by everyday on my way to work to check lol. Then i would be broke all the time! Guy said they don't do waiting lists anymore there.

Hero Gear looks like a nice place I have never been though I live in Greenbrier so it is like a little over 2 hours from my house a little farther than I would like to drive for a 300 dollar gun . Maybe one of these days I will take a road trip out there when I have plenty of money to make it worth it.

I believe Hero Gear can put you on a waiting list and they have a good price. I've heard the Outpost Armory has some in stock but theyre a little out of my budget...and I don't mind to wait for a better price.

Thanks to all for your responses.

I backordered one from RugerLCP.com: The New Ruger LCP

price is 281.99

It took 3 or 4 months for mine when they first came out, but these guys have the best price. Find an FFL who will do an interstate transfer for $20-30 + TBI fee + shipping and you should be able to get it for the best price around.

There were around 100 people on backorder ahead of me. Call the guys and ask them how many are on backorder, and see if you think it's doable. Every month I'd call and check where I was in the line.

Wow! That's great....I'd rather not wait quite that long, but maybe now the wait is a little less...I may have to give those guys a call to see how many people would be ahead of me.

Thanks for the heads up.

Sounds like more than the $310 OTD that I paid.

On that website right under the place it tell you how many are in line. 3 to 4 months for around 100 could be more like 8 or 9 months for 200+ unless they are getting them faster now. Guess you could keep checking back to see how fast the number fluctuates.
