ad closed Sold- Remington Mohawk 600 in 6mm Rem

Got this one a few years ago, ran a box of rounds through it and since then it only came out for the yearly cleaning.  It has finish wear throughout, and looks like the stock has been repaired in spots, but it works perfectly well and is accurate.  It has a rail attached to the receiver, weaver scope rings holding an old Tasco scope.  It's a fixed 4 power by my estimation.  Not enough lettering remains to confirm it.  Glass is nice and clear.  I am including 115 rounds of ammo and Lee dies.  $500 for everything.

I thought the 600 Mohawk had a ribbed barrel. Was that the 660 perchance?

The original 600 had a vent rib. The Mohawk was a later variant and the rib went away with that model.

They are cool guns. A family friend's father had one in Michigan many years ago in 350 Remington Magnum. He killed a few black bears with it back in his day. As teenagers, we were afraid to shoot it. LOL

Dad once had one in 308. It was a neat little woods gun. This one in 6 mm would be very cool. Somebody got a good buy!
