We could probably all start naming names on that! The proper way is to put the timer behind you so that A) it doesn't pick up the noise and B) so the score keeper can try to read the number upside down.

Ha ha!  And if you’re wearing a full blast USPSA rig, try not to bump the timer on your holster or mag pouches when you move it to your back.
