New Biden Executive Order Law

Does anyone know what this new law supposed to be doing. The news said it has stopped 500 10 to 21 Y O's from purchasing guns. Since when can the feds make gun control laws by exertive order.

Don’t know what EO you are referring to but basically since the government was founded:

Congress, the legislative branch, passes very broad, general laws.

All the agencies under the executive branch’s control enact and enforce regulations more or less within the framework of those laws passed.

The POTUS can order the branches of government under that position’s direct control to regulate what is so deemed.

Sometimes, it’s not perfect, but that’s the system we have.

Been trying to google, and Seri, to see what laws he signed. Got an article yesterday that said he tightened up the background check, and to not allow 18 to 20 year olds to purchased guns now because of school shootings, which don't make sense to me. 

Will try and find out more today when I have time.
