Colt 1908 Pocket Hammerless Mags

Will 7-round Colt Gov't .380 mags work in a 1908 Pocket Hammerless pistol?  The 1908 mags are tough to find anymore.  I have plenty of Gov't mags.

Nope. The 1908 uses a heel type magazine release and is a bit longer. I own both guns and just checked. The Govt. 380 is just slightly too big to fit the mag well of the 1908. 

Triple K does make aftermarket mags for the 1908. Yeah, I know, Triple K is mostly junk. But I do have a couple for my 1908 and they do work. I'm afraid that's your only option.
