Congrats! My last one was approved at 171 days, all the others were 275-300. Hopefully times will continue to drop. Currently waiting on 2 at 86 and 61 days. Look forward to hearing how you like the Obsidian.

@Lumber_Jack did you do it as a trust or as an individual?  I've heard that individual approvals are going through pretty quickly these days.

It’s was a trust but just for me and this single can. I used Silencer Shop “single shot trust”. Not sure if having only one individual on a trust vs several beneficiaries makes it faster or not.

Congratulations its a fantastic suppressor.  Don't waste your money on a 9mm endcap though.

I have three in the works. We will see which how long they take. I’m still waiting on the Form 3 transfers. One is a single item trust through Silencer Shop. The other two will be done by my FFL/SOT so I’m not sure how we will file the Form 4s for those two.

Just picked my FDE Obsidian 45 Friday. Can't wait to shoot it. Going on my FNX45 Tactical FDE. 143 days this time. Almost 2 years from when I started the process in Alabama.
