I have a brand new factory built Bear Creek Arsenal  upper I put on a slightly used excellent shape Palmetto State Armory lower put together with quality parts including a great feeling Velocity trigger.  I think the only thing cheaper to shoot is a rimfire.  Pistol alone is $650 with a Vortex Sparc red dot optic $800 any questions call or text 224-402-4433 would trade pistol for short action Savage top bolt release small shank just send pics of what you have
