I bought this gun from an individual. I just noticed the clip is a 14 round clip marked "Restricted: Export, Law Enforcement, and Government use only". I has a serial number on it.

I am not any of the above. Could I get in a jam for possessing it? I didn't even notice it when I bought it. I don't want to get hung up over a clip I am not supposed to have.

Any input would be appreciated.

How do you like it so far? Have you had a chance to fire many rounds yet? I'm considering this one because I like the feel of it and the weight and the price. I have been getting negative comments from my local gun shop primarily because of the trigger pull, but I already have a .45 double action that pulls fairly hard too so I don't think that would bother me very much. Any comments you might have would be appreciated. Thanks

My daily carry is this exact model.... I got it a couple of months ago and I have shot it several times.... I am completely in love.... I have shot my husbands, Glock 23 - BUT really love my S&WM&P 40C... I did not have any problems adjusting to the trigger... My daily carry was a Taurus UL, but since I purchased this, it is all that I carry....
