I expect President Carter to follow soon. While he was a so-so president, he was a great humanitarian and Christian.

Met Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter a few times long after his presidency. Great people. I have always said he was too nice to be in politics. 

My wife told me the other day she had went into hospice. I said I bet they both pass with a very short time of each other. 

RIP Rosalyn Carter. You did make a difference in many many lives.

I met both of them on a Habitat build years ago.  As President he tried to create a new dynamic that was admirable, but not what we needed as a country at that time.  One of the most gracious former presidents we have had.

And on the Habitat worksite, he was a whirlwind as a worker!
