I grew up watching him.  Still love the movie Pee Wee's Big Adventure.

Pauls sister, Abby, still practices law here in Nashville.  Her step daughter and my daughter went to school together.  

She spent the weekend over at their house one weekend.  She came home with a big grin and said guess who I got to hang out with this weekend.  Paul had come home to visit his sister.  I was so irritated that she got to hang out with Pee Wee and I didn't. lol

OK...so I'm odd. My favorite role of his was as the Vampire sidekick in Buffy The Vampire Slayer.

To say she is liberal is an understatement. She is however a lovely person and one of the smartest people I have met.

It's helpful to remember that it was inside of an adult movie theater.  I am going to guess that a person doesn't go into one of those unless they are comfortable seeing a wiener, on screen or otherwise.

Not saying this makes him a saint but he wasn't exactly at a Saturday afternoon public screening of Free Willy.

Dude had another run in with the law later that was definitely a little more worrisome.  Apparently he was busted for possession of child pornography, although the charges were later dropped due to some mishandling of the case.

Hollywood is a cesspool.

Hollywood is a cesspool, no denying that. Aside from the poor judgement, I never held that first charge against him. It seemed like a lot of rock throwing from folks in glass houses to me.

It was that 2nd charge that is unforgivable.

He made me laugh as a kid, so I'll always be reminded of that. The same way Bill Cosby did. (I'm still convinced that Bill Cosby Himself is one of the funniest stand ups ever). Unfortunately, people can be monsters...there's no denying that.

I highly doubt many of you have never had a pull and tug in a car, at another persons home, or somewhere public. He was in a movie theater showing porn... what does anyone expect to happen in any big city, at 2 am , in a porno theater?

 

Some law enforcer trying to make a name for himself was all that was... but I agree most of hollywood sold their souls for fame and came out demented.,,,
