I have read in some of the posts that you fellas have gotten your permit in 30-45 days,I am still waiting by the box,it has been 66 days and counting,just wondering what the average wait has been.

When I did my fingerprints on March 10, I was told that it would be 14 - 16 weeks. Are people actually getting them in 30-45 days?

Yessir actually I called this AM and the nice lady told me it was issued this morning,I have been waiting since Jan 29th.Give it a couple more weeks and call the Dept Of Safety.

Another thing to I think is your last name. I've got a very distinctive last name, vs a Jones or Smith. So more common one's may take longer...

Unless a Mr/Mrs Smith would like to jump in here and say they got theirs in 30 days, then my assumption is poop.

Got mine in 24 days after being fingerprinted.

The call works only if all your background checks are in. My buddy got FP'd a few days after me and still hasn't gotten his.

if you hand called after 30 days,you would have gotten it a week later.....believe me,its worked for all use callers...just read the back threads.....some people just dont believe

Well folks, I am now a believer. The call was made on Thursday, 30 days after finger printing. They said it had been approved and I would receive it between April 17th and 24th. So, depending on which day it arrives it will be between 38 and 45 days. Thanks for telling me to make the call!!
