Man I'm working to day and can't go  but it would be so neat to see the old metal Tonka trucks , bulldozers , and cranes if they have any. And of course Star Wars and GI Joe too LOL .

Love the old toys. I still hit the local yard sales and roadside dives looking for old pressed steel, or the long forgotten toys of our childhood

It was our first time at this show. Its a small one. Wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but not bad. This is really my older son's side hustle. I just go along to keep him company and help out. It gets me out of the house and it can be pretty fun. 😉

My son is really more into video and table gaming. We usually go to Sci-fi/fantasy cons and sell stuff there. But this popped up and was right here, so he figured he'd give it a shot.

There really wasn't much in the old steel and diecast stuff. Tonka trucks or the like. What little there was was over priced. There was tons of merchandising toys from just about every popular horror, sc-fi or TV franchise ever made. Some pretty rare and interesting.

Two things that really surprised me. The Funko Pop figures were very popular. Lots and lots of them for sale.  The kids seem to love them, but there are also serious adult collectors too.

But for me the big surprise was Hot Wheels. Must have been 6-7 dealers selling only those. Thousands of 'em! I remember my kids playing with them and knew they were popular.  As it turns out there's a whole world of very serious collectors out there. Prices ranged from loose, common cars thrown in a box at 50 cents a piece to rare collectibles still in original packaging and displayed under glass for up to $300. 😲

I guess people will get  passionate about and collect just about anything. We gun nuts should know. 😉
