Naife speaking just said we know this bill is going to pass, all we want is to talk about it. (Speaker just said we are discussing it) Put him in his place!

Rep Miller Amendment withdrawn (He is from Memphis as well Democrat)

Admentment 13 Miller, Withdrawn

Admen 14 Miller, reading (random inspection during off limits times 11 to 5am) Move for adoption

Todd: Law enforcement already has the right. This makes them do it at certain time, we shouldn't dictate police work.

Miller makes statement, agrees with right, we don't know how often, which is why it is important

voting

adment 8 withdrawn

adment 10 withdrawn

no further admentments

Naife: speaking bull**** said you finally got it to the floor

asking questions

consuming before arriving to table , then rest sells him a drink (not knowing he has been drinking) Who is responsible for checking them Restaurant? Todd, no it is on the individual not the restaurant

If a normal person not drinking, has gun, orders a drink, gets drink, who is repsonsible. Todd, the individual. Restaurant can call the police if they have a problem. Still discussing being a smart ass.

Bringing up Sherriffs Association being against this bill across the state, wants everyone to think about this before you vote. Brought up Restaurant asssociation being against this bill. mentioned NRA several times.

Reps are getting up to argue for the bill. The law abiding citizens. Rep Philip Johnson from Pegram, bringing up criminals that break the law aren't going to check their gun, not drink, not bring their gun in. This goes against the permit folks that are following the law. He is speaking on our behalf. That we should be able to go in and not be restricted, cause crinimals don't care.
