Are they making more process today? I am specifically interested in knowing when the power comes back on in the area  between Bartlett road and Thomas Road. I have an older brother on Rappahannock.

Mlgw website isn’t much help they post a summary with numbers repaired and number still out. Their map is kind of useless.

It was interesting navigating the intersections without traffic lights.

Ok good news the power has come on for my brothers street.  With the heat that is coming it is very good news.

My power was out for 2 days. Came back yesterday morning. My generator powered the fridge and freezer. Got me some light, the microwave and a small over-the-air TV.  I made out just fine. 👍

Internet and cable just came back on a little while ago. Surprising how much I missed that. 🙄

I had to get out and run some errands yesterday. Power is still spotty in Bartlett. Some blocks have power and the next one is stone dead. The Wolfchase area is especially bad. The mall and Wal-Mart were out. 😱 I think most of it is back by now or will be soon.

Its been an interesting few days.

Glad your power came back!  The heat is no joke. Having a generator makes a big difference! On my brothers block only one house was running one. I took him non perishable food, a battery power pack and cases of water. He would not go back to Clarksville with me.  But he has power now and doing well.

Mine went out 25th, stayed out till July 2 then came on about 545pm and then went off again about 230am on 3rd. Not impressed w mlgw communications by any means. Workers and outside contractors coming in seemed to be doing all they could but wife wasted time hoping to get accurate info from mlgw site.

2 generators saved stuff in freezer and kept fans going. We bought portable ac 5 days in which got 1 room to almost normal but it was tough.  I'll be buying bigger generator soon.

Still don't have internet and have resorted to using phone to connect which I never do. Guess not ashamed to say that TGO was big reason. Just knew I was missing out on something important or a great deal.

The only useful info you can get from MLGW is on their outage map. That will tell you where the outages are and how many affected. But you can't see it without the internet. So much for that. 💩

7th, I'm surprised that you've been out so long. Crews were all over Bartlett right from the start. But the damage was real bad. As I said, I was out 2 days. What part of Bartlett are you in?

BTW: I don't blame you for being pissed.

One more thing, another bad storm last Sunday knocked out a lot more people in the Cordova and Germantown areas. But I think most of that is fixed now.

Ours did come on and stay on late afternoon on July 3rd. We are bt Oak Elem and Singleton Comm Center so in that area off of Broadway that had bunch of damage.

Found out this morning internet was restored to area but not our address, now Xfinity telling us we have to have tech come to house to diagnose problem.  We're ready to change from them as well. Any Bartlett area folks have recommended internet provider?
