NP, it's a common misconception many folks have who aren't that into Beretta's. Understandable due to the color and the recent introduction of steel frames in the new gen guns. The only steel old school guns where the Billennium, Centennial, and Steel I. All are pretty rare and have frame mounted safeties so easy to tell apart.

You have taught me many things today. Like for instance, I had no idea beretta made a 92 with a frame mounted safety. That was a new one on me for sure.
