I've been mulling this one over for a couple of years. I've posted & deleted the thread at least 3 times.

What i have:

5-1/2" Stainless Super Blackhawk .44mag with custom, slim grips. Round count might be 100. I bought it brand new in 2018. Still have the original box & all the factory stuff.

What i want:

Older 4-3/4 or 5-1/2" Vaquero in .44mag. Standard grip or Bisley. Blue or stainless. No preference.

Option 2:

New Model Vaquero in .45 colt. Any finish, 4-4/5 or 5-1/2" barrel. New XR-3 grip & frame size only.

Other options:

Other 1873 pattern single actions of the same measurements & caliber options, with a similar value or boot to match.

I do have a cash price, but I won't lie; it's high.

⚠️ Safety Reminder for Buyers and Sellers ⚠️

This is an automatic reply meant to protect you as a buyer and a seller on TGO.

  • Use the Buyer/Seller Feedback feature to research who you are dealing with.   Please come back and leave feedback for each other after the transaction is complete.  Your experience will help others.

  • Never agree to use an electronic form of payment to buy or sell a gun!  None of the electronic payment services will protect you against fraud in a firearms transaction.  They all have terms of service FORBIDDING the use of their services to buy/sell guns.  DON'T DO IT.

  • Be very wary of anyone who insists on brokering a deal in private or outside of TGO.  Scammers almost always prefer to operate out of the public eye.

Hey Rob.   Glws.     But gotta ask.... Do you know a good place to get a full rig belt holster  "the works". Looking for a set-up for a New Vaquero in 45 LC....

Actually, yes. Etsy, of all places.

Just go to etsy & search 'cowboy holster' There are some fantastic makers selling on there, very reasonably.

I bought a really nice cross draw leather holster for a single six a few weeks back off Etsy for $27 shipped.

Im wrong about the holster, the one for my Bearcat I got from Etsy. The one for my single six is a Azula. Both are really nice holsters for the money.

I would post a picture of it but I didn’t want to hi jack the post.

I'd like details on it. Would mind sending me message with them?

Wish I had known this last year.I had a .44 mag Vaquero I got rid of.You probably know the 44 mag is the least produced caliber in the original Vaquero configuration.

Damn.

Yeah, I know they're pretty scarce but the SASS guys usually don't want them & the hunters prefer the SBH & SRH so I'm hoping someone has one lying around!
