Per a CBS News interview from a woman leaving the hospital, she was told that the shooter was there for Psychological evaluation. When pressed how she knew that, she said that several people she knew told her that and she had also heard it on the police radios officers were carrying. 
 

Police say the do know the shooter’s identity and that they are looking for him.

It's getting to where no places in public are safe anymore. I'm guessing that hospital was a GUN FREE ZONE so the only guy with a gun was the shooter and of course he had mental issues was why he was there to begin with. Someone tell me how a Red Flag would have stopped him? Here is a guy going to a doctor because he has mental issues that is known yet he had a gun. I wonder if the one dead in the shooting was the doctor? They have not said yet who the person is.

See BS news reports the shooter is a former armed security guard. Also reports he may have hi-jacked a car outside the hospital. They know who he is, but he's in the wind.

The news said he had been. deported  x 5.  back to Mexico.With open borders he just walks back in.  Now with people dead government will probably deport him again

Well he isn’t getting deported this time. Pretty sure the death penalty is the only thing on the table!
