Today, I became one step closer to being a card holder. I went and applied this morning for my permit.

Now that you have hurried up.....you get to wait!

It is a long wait, but it seems to come in that 5 to 6 week period. Congrats!

I applied for mine on Tuesday and had my fingerprints taken Wednesday. Now the waiting game :)

Talking to a few people who have applied in the past couple months, they are waiting anywhere from 3-4 weeks. That's still a long time, but I guess I'll deal.

My wife is getting printed (finally) next week... Soon she'll be able to pack that pretty 1911, pink grips and all.

Pink grips? No way?:P

Eddie got busted by the video cops because he looks like he's 14. :cool:

It wasn't really the gun they got onto him about, it was the R-rated movie he was trying to rent.
