Elections have consequences, this would not have happened if the Dems maintained control.

It was an 2012 Obama era determination that the ATF was attempting to overturn.  I agree with you that if the other side was still in control  of house, the ATF ruling would not be challenged.

On a side note, a speaker mentioned shooters being under the influence of prescription drugs and wondered what could be done. Here’s my answer.

Strange how overdose deaths in Oregon increased 40% after they legalized hard drugs.

Meth, coke, LSD, heroine, etc. are and are now decriminalized.  The results haven't reflected what we're always told will happen if only we legalize everything.

Can’t argue with you about the hard drugs. I’m a proponent of legalizing medicinal marijuana.

As long as they’re not allowed to medicate on 240.  I’m stinking sick and tired of that smell.

I don't think it was Mary jane they were talking about, but psychotropic drugs, which are legal though by Rx only.

Well we do have an injunction on the pistol brace rule. So far only for the named plaintiffs. Hopefully more to come.

So, if we use the free stamp, can we then put a stock on it?  Or is it too late to start the process and I should just join FPC?

Once they approve it as an SBR, it's an SBR.  Not too late to file, but cutting it close.

I have heard various thoughts on the subject and the latest opinion from FPC appears to be any FPC member is covered, even if you join just now.
