Hey gang,

I hope you all have been well. Sorry to have been MIA for the last several months. I have a good excuse..... MY baby girl was born November 19th. My first. My wife and I could not be happier.

To my question:

I have a G27 and want to have the capacity of the G23 or G22. I know that the mags will fit, but I wanted to have a sleeve for the mag just like the one used on my XDgear mags for my XD40sc.

Any one know of any? IF so, how well do they work? Do they fit tight like the XD gear so it feels like an extension of the grip?

Thanks in advance!

Yep... they work and do so fairly well. I think Lone Wolf sells them also.

I am looking at the same scenario with my G27....lonewolf has them for $9.99...they also have a decent price on the mags at $26.95 (G23 mag)...I think that the sleeve for the G22 and the G22 mags are the same prices if you decide to go with a 15 rd cap....it is a little too long for my tastes though...figured that 14 rds (1 in chamber and 13 in mag) would suffice...Glockstore is $11.95 and $$29.95....good luck...let me know how it turns out!

I have one for my G26, and use it when concealment isn't an issue. It feels GREAT in my hand. I like the feel of it better than a regular size glock grip. Mine is smooth though, and I've been meaning to stipple it a bit. Works great, and has a set screw, unlike the XD. That's a plus...

I carry a G26 and use one of the "mag" sleeves on my G19 mag which is used as my "back up" mag. They attach by a small "tension" screw in the back. I have never had any issues with mine and it makes my G26 feel more like a G19.

I bought one and "tried" it out. I figured if I hated it, I could at least still use it on a G19 mag while I was at the range. I've wasted more money on things that never seem to work, so why not. I've never been happier with a product. Works great and the feel of the grip isn't to "different" to be able to shoot comfortably. Get I plan on purchasing a few G17 high cap mags and a few of the mag sleves for them just to use at the range.:)

If you're going to carry a longer mag, you might was well carry a 23 and enjoy the longer sight radus. A&G makes sleeves like you spec. They work just fine, but I almost never use them. If I'm carrying a 27, it's with a 27 mag in the gun and a 22 mag offside.

i have one. i picked both the G22 mag and the sleeve from GT Distributors. it is the extra mag that i keep in the car. it changes the entire feel of the gun and that is a good thing. but for concealment, you can forget it. the butt of the pistol is way longer.
