Not being to be crude BUT

Chrysler/Fiat? Lends new meaning to the term CF doesn't it? Would you buy a CF car? Oh look there goes one of those brand new CF's. I want a CF don't you. Calling a CF dealer a frickin CF dealer would be redundant would it not?

The jokes are going to be endless..

you guys do know that FIAT also OWNS Ferrari, Alpha Romero, Masserati, and Lancia among other holdings...they're like the Godfather of European cars...Chrysler is in good company, but I seriously doubt it will help. They already bombed with the merger to Benz...a few years back

Daimler screwed Chrysler in that "merger of equals" - something that was disproved after all the dust settled.

The merger with FIAT is just what Chrysler needs...to go belly up!!! If its an attempt to go GREEN...I doubt that'll work either...the YUGO was a FIAT knock off...

I heard fiat is partly owned by their gov't. hmmm...wonder if thats why our gov't is wanting to MAKE chrysler join them. Government owned car manufacturers arent too tin foilish. Dont know where i'm going with this but it is true theyre owned by the government over there. OHH yeah and I officially just posted enough to start lising in the classifieds!

yes, paragons of reliability, all.

Sorry about that. I work in the auto industry. Anything that delays Chrysler restarting production is seen as detrimental. We're sitting on months of inventory.

and the merger would mean a momentary resuming of production until it all falls apart....... indefinitely? Maybe the auto industry need to get its eyes checked. hmmm?
