I wonder why they haven't asked to have an independent audit of the machines?  Get answers to questions like why do they connect to the internet.

Rupert Murdoch is one of the world’s richest men. I’m certain his well paid attorneys are two steps ahead of those of us on a gun forum.

I’d be surprised if Fox is found guilty.  I’d be shocked if pride cost Murdoch billions.

So, why are we discussing this then?

Current events.

Looking over your responses in this thread, I’m guessing you’re a “most definitely “.  Please take a moment to participate in the poll if you haven’t already. Thanks!

I think the OP is pretty hypocritical considering what HIS side of the aisle lies about.

I don’t have a side sir. If I did have a side, please show me where they’re being sued for $1.6 billion for lying and knowingly providing misleading and defamatory information about another entity.

Please participate in the poll.

You would be wrong.

So, current events then; I wonder why they haven't asked to have an independent audit of the machines?  Get answers to questions like why do they connect to the internet.?  Seems to me if they are being sued for slander then they should be trying to prove they were right and discovery would allow the deposition of executives and technicians to see if what was reported was right or not.

Make those suggestions to the defense. I’d like to see everything come out in trial.

He, he, you can change your vote!  It is currently most definitely now, in case anyone was wondering.  I trust them, but not in the sense that they are always right, but in that they report more of what isn't being reported elsewhere.  I do know the difference between their news and commentary segments though, so there is that.

That's ok, they have the best lawyers I hear, they must know what they are doing.  I too would like to see everything come out at trial and would like to have many more of these trials as well.

I’m with you.  I’m all for punishing crime regardless who does it.

I am so naive sometimes, I’ve never really noticed the presence of liberal trolls on TGO before. Hmmmph. Oh well…

Right, but the way it's going I fear we will see more of the trials you would enjoy vs the ones I would.  Like I would love to see Hillary go on trial for her illegal activities, the ones they didn't pursue even though they said she broke the law, and maybe Hunter and co as well.  But heck, who am I kidding, that will never happen.

You mean trolls that think Fox News is worst than CNN on being honest, are in favor or more concessions to the anti-gunners, support liberals protesting against our gun rights, vilifies the GOP constantly, hates cops, and yet they don't have a side?

My man, if these trials would bring sanity and stability back to the nation, I’m all for it.  I don’t believe anyone is above the law.  If it can be proven that Hillary broke the law and is convicted by a jury of her peers, so be it.  Same goes for the Bidens.  No one should be above the law

I just came across this.  This recording was presented yesterday in the Dominion case concerning inspection of the Dominion voting machines.  Is this what you requested?

What’s your contribution on TGO sir?  You went back over a month to find that post.  I’ll confirm, I do indeed like the opinions of Rhodes Scholars.  Are you offended by knowledge?

Do you have anything substantive to add add to this post, or was that a midday drinking rant?

No physical issues???  It wasn't the physical issues that were, no, are in question.

I do think that if the public seen as many cases get filed against the left as there have been against the right, for virtually the same charges, more would at least have a sense that the justice system is working.  But so many three letter agencies have been weaponized against the right that it will be hard to regain any semblance of  trust in them again.

People can make as many accusations as they please.  If there is no verifiable evidence that can make a legal argument and stand up in a court of law, it’s just making assumptions or hearsay.  Again, I’m all for prosecuting crime regardless who the criminal is. That’s the difference between me and others doubting the evidence provided by dozens of witnesses.

No one can tell me that during the last administration, if there was any real dirt on high ranking politicians on the left, they wouldn’t have gotten nuked. People who support the rule of law would have supported them getting nuked.

Same with the people saying January 6th was no big deal, and the left was involved in a coverup. Tucker gets all of the security footage that can be viewed without compromising national security from the the speaker, and the best Tucker can come up with is a couple of crooked cops escorting an ally to the chamber, then the story disappears.

Politicians are too ruthless to let their political opponents off the hook when they have the goods on them.

Maybe, just maybe we should allow political and corporate criminals to be held accountable for their actions, and support those worthy of our support.

You have made YOUR side of the aisle known on this forum for many years.

I look at many sources for news, and I don't believe what any COMMENTATOR - note that I didn't write "News Reporter" - has to say about what I see as I can think for myself, critically. Example: I watched the video of President Trump talk about the demonstrations in South Carolina (?) over historic statues being removed IN CONTEXT. He said that both sides had good people, and he was right. Next thing I know the idiots on the left accused him of racism, and perpetuated the lie FOR YEARS. Said idiots included those at CNN, MSNBC, and the major networks. I guess you've never heard of Nicholas Sandman.

The FBI had Hunter's laptop during the last administration, Hillary, last administration, Russia Collusion hoax, with illegally obtained FISA warrants, spying on a presidential campaign, and while in office, yea all last administration .  As I said, three letter agencies are compromised and anti-American.

I really, really wish the poll had a "I don't trust any national news media" option. I tend to take the "don't trust but research and verify" on any news story.

IMO, all the national news have shifted to trying for emotional responses rather than just presenting facts.

Read a little slower. I don’t care who is held accountable for their crimes. I’m not a cult member.  I don’t relate to the corrupt and powerful on a personal level.

The agencies are corrupt and anti-American because they didn’t find a crime on people you dislike under the most corrupt attorney general in American history?

I’m indifferent about the three letter agencies for a myriad of reasons.  See the Dave Chappelle video I posted.  Again, under Barr, with any real evidence, the crimes you mentioned would have been expediently prosecuted .

Everyone knows how I feel about the Florida retiree.  I’m thrilled that his alleged crimes are being brought to light. Do I think he’ll be convicted of anything? Yes, in the two civil cases, I don’t know in Georgia, the documents case and January 6th. I think the evidence is there, but I believe jurors will ultimately see the cases as too political, and he’ll go free. I’ll be ok with that, because the issues have been exposed to light, and may prevent it from happening again.

Trump has never been my guy and I don’t want him to be the nominee in 2024, but anyone with a two digit IQ can see that his indictment is a blatant political witch hunt.  The only thing unclear is whether the left is trying to jam him up so he can’t run or they are trying to fire up support for him to ensure he is the nominee because he is more beatable than others.
