Anyone else have any issues with signing up for USGO?

You are supposed to get a confirmation email in just a few minutes. I didn't. Maybe it's one of those "birth pain" things that comes with a new site???

Looks good though, I imagine it will be huge!

Same happened to me, never got the validation email and tried to get it resent a couple times....... Although it lets me log on and says I am validating in my profile........

Anything else I need to do ????

Some ISP's have spam filters that block emails from some websites. I know Comcast is one of them. You may want to use Yahoo or Gmail.

All of my spam goes into the spam folder. I should be able to see it when I open that folder:shrug:

Not always the case. Some spam will get blocked from even reaching your spam box.

Nevermind. It's all working now. Looks real good, but everything seem weird after being so used to the layout here. Just gotta get used to it.

I had the same problem (comcast.net) but I did get the confirmation email the next day.

Been about 20 minutes no validation e-mail yet, charter.net. I know from running my own small board that it takes a while to knock the gremlins out of the works.

We're probably being blocked by a few ISPs still. I've made some DNS changes that will (eventually) fix this but in the meantime I'll be manually validating accounts.

Signed up, and got my e-mail this am, all in about 10 minutes. Works great, thanks again David...great job! If it werent for TGO, I would probably be one unhappy, and ignorant gun owner. I mean, I am ignorant, but less than most of the folks I meet every day.....hopefully.
