Bought at auction.   Always thought I’d want to reload but know I’ll never get around to it.  Was told everything to reload was present but I have not used and  it very knowledgeable regarding.

I was asked if there was rust present and thought might as well answer here and post a few different pics to illustrate. 
main post was simply pulled from box with zero clean up.

still no clean up and here is the press laid against white background in sunlight.

I would describe it as having a light freckling of rust on the handle on a few various parts (not sure what the parts are).

I’ll try add a few more but the others I took wont load as files are over 8mb or something like that 

I will say that after wiping lightly with an oil cloth the freckling is mostly gone.

Again, zero clean up. The primer feed is more “gunk” than rust and if u scrolli, you can see.  
I’ll go wipe it down and see if can give u comparison photo.

UPDATE:

 

I spent 15 minutes cleaning and here are some snaps after clean up. If this doesn’t relieve any hesitations, then you are as ignorant as myself and should not buy !  Kinda joking but not really. 

Also I noted on the body of the press it says Dillon 550 RL.   The manual that came with it says 450 RL.  Apparently the 550 is newer and eliminates an issue the 450 had. 
 

The superficial rust was removed easily with oil cloth and some elbow grease.  Cylinder moves freely and smoothly.  I do have a vids showing the operation of the cylinder via the handle.  I can text them to someone who would be interested but I am unable to hear   A
