Glock Factory Match Trigger

Could not say anything about it until it was released at Shot Show this week.  Videos and articles now up.  Pros and cons with it. After talking with Factory Armorer  the old  -connector                  may still be way to go

$100 on top of the price of a gen 5  plus tax makes for an expensive pistol .

A friend has one and is impressed.  He said it breaks similar to the Timney but reset is more pronounced.  The main gripe about the Timney is that the reset is a little mushy.  Timney released a new reset spring that improved things somewhat.  
 

Compared to other aftermarket triggers, $100 sounds like a deal if it’s as good as my friend said (if you are looking to improve the trigger).

Glock sights and triggers need replaced. I have apex and pyramid triggers in all my Glocks. I would give this a try if reviews are good

I’m looking forward to this trigger- if it’s as good as it’s supposed to be. We’ll see.

It was in response to Police Agencies demanding it,they like the gun and hate the trigger.  It will be optional for large Blue Label orders.

If the trigger is so good why doesn’t Glock just go ahead and put it on all the pistols they make?

Same reason they put plastic sights on their pistols -- people who want something good will replace them, but for the majority of people who don't care, they're tolerable.

There are a lot of gunowners who have horrible trigger finger/muzzle discipline and a three pound trigger is the last thing they need.

I dry fired my friend's trigger yesterday.  The break felt exactly like my Timney does, but the reset was a lot more pronounced.  He played around with several connectors and settled on one of the Lone Wolf connectors.  I would buy one of these before anything else if I wanted to change the trigger from stock.

I’m planning on it.  I should have ordered last week.   They are out of stock right now.

I’ll probably try one as well. The reset was the only thing I couldn’t get past on the Timney. I’ll bet Timney is thrilled with this release…..
