I am sure most of you are like me and not looking to sell your braced pistol. However, if anyone wants to sell theirs prior to the amnesty period expiring (assuming it standup to legal challenges of which I dubious) I am willing to help you out in a way your friendly ATF agent will not. Depending on what you have I will not be able to pay full price, for example I can't pay 1800 for your brand new CMMG. But if you have a braced pistol in 308 Win, 5.56 (2.23 wylde) or 45ACP and you're willing to be flexible we may be able to cut a deal where I get a braced pistol and you get some cash instead of having to register or destroy the weapon. Ideally I am looking for AR platform but I am open to other platforms for those three calibers. I do have a TN DL, an enhanced CCP, and I am in the Nashville area.

⚠️ Safety Reminder for Buyers and Sellers ⚠️

This is an automatic reply meant to protect you as a buyer and a seller on TGO.

  • Use the Buyer/Seller Feedback feature to research who you are dealing with.   Please come back and leave feedback for each other after the transaction is complete.  Your experience will help others.

  • Never agree to use an electronic form of payment to buy or sell a gun!  None of the electronic payment services will protect you against fraud in a firearms transaction.  They all have terms of service FORBIDDING the use of their services to buy/sell guns.  DON'T DO IT.

  • Be very wary of anyone who insists on brokering a deal in private or outside of TGO.  Scammers almost always prefer to operate out of the public eye.

The complete Trading Post Rules and also some more helpful suggestions can be found by clicking this link.  Everyone should read them at least once!

The $200 is waived for the 120 days.  I'm registering everything I can.

that's true. But some people (I know two or three) don't want to be on any list. They just want to fly under the radar and not be bothered. I already am on the ATF NFA list thanks to our friends at Dead Air and I will be SBRing my two braced pistols. But I also know some people will be scalping others at the last minute. My goal is to help people who don't want to be on a list get a square deal. I may not be able to pay 100% of what something is worth but I will try to do as best I can to help those guys and girls out to get most if not all of its actual value.

I've always thought this hilarious...if anyone has ever filled out a 4473 form and they don't think they are on a list somewhere, they are sadly lying to themselves.  It doesn't matter if it's illegal for them to keep the data, we all know that they do!  If someone is in charge of enforcing the rules, have they ever enforced said rules upon themselves???

Also, FireMedic....I've got a Recover Tactical brace kit for Glock 20/21 listed here at half of it's new price if you're interested in it.  Add that to a Glock 21 and you got a braced 45acp.  I'm not selling it because of the political stuff going on, I just don't need it anymore.

We have social security numbers. Everyone is on a list day one.

Is that really true about the $200 waiver? Can't find it in writing.
