IO Inc ?

Recommended Posts

In reference to my last thread located here: http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19323 I think I've decided to stay away from Century.

Another brand I saw today was IO Inc and it was about $20 less than the Century.

Anyone ever dealt with this company? The AKM47 I held felt great.

Thanks for the info, and sorry for posting 2 similar threads. I searched IO Inc and didn't find anything.

Thats what mine look like. US receiver, barrel, trigger pack, romanian bolt.

I like the pistol grip they are using 10 times better than the tapco unit. The stock is a bit plasticy? But very solid with a rubberized buttpad. I don't like the front hand guard, but I like very few things that Tapco makes.

It has the sling mounts on the side of the rifle, which is awesome for carrying one with a mag in it. It keeps the rifle doing what it wants to do naturally while being very comfortable to carry.

The mag is made by wilson moldings and it's kind of cheap feeling. However a good supply of Romanian mags will fix that.

Overall a solid rifle.

American. Lick it. It'll taste like liberty... ...and cosmoline.
